All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Israel.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details if applicable.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing or postal delays.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sizing

For clothing items, please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Because items are produced in small quantities, exchanges based on incorrect size selection may not always be possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Luma is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the postal service. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Luma cannot guarantee shipping times and is not responsible for postal delays or packages lost in transit.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of the items and limited production, all sales are generally final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can help resolve the problem.

Care Instructions

Some items are handmade, hand-painted, or printed in small editions. To preserve the artwork, please follow any care instructions provided with your item.
